OUR STORY
December 5th , 2008
GLENNA (ED'S SISTER) BROUGHT SCENTSY TO PAULS VALLEY,AND INTRODUCED US All TO SCENTSY!
She had found it through someone at her work and had signed up,under someone she didnt even know, deciding that she thought she could sell this product. I kinda lauged as I had tried multi-level mktg before with a small amount of success, but we loved the product, so we purchased our first scentsy warmer and immediately plugged it in .I love good smelling stuff and that it IS!! Well ,she told Eddie and I about the company and explained all of everything she Knew! Eddie got to looking at the business aspect of Scentsy and just kept saying , this has got to work it cant fail!! There was just something about Scentsy, that was intriguing him, he lay in bed at night talking about Scentsy!LOL and couldnt sleep! So he decided I should sign up and try it, so we signed me up!!! I wasnt really sure I wanted to do this I felt a little forced !!! I was angry at being signed up, even though the product was selling very well, huh , everyone loved fragrance as much as I did. We attended our first team meeting in OKC With our superstar Director Allison Dalke on Jan 10th. I thought okay that was kinda fun, no big deal . Then came the phone call from Allison, that changed this girls way of thinking !!! She told me that if I kept recruiting and selling the way I did in Dec I would be at the top of this company before long, I kinda laughed and said tempt me then she told me a little about her family, and how she wanted to replace her teaching income , so she could stay at home with her young daughter. Being a mom I could totally understand this. I have 3 beautiful daughters Lora 31,Katy 29, and Sharina 27. I did get to stay home with them, and it was financially rough 26 yrs ago. She said she was able to do this in an 8 mos period !! WOW I thought,I could quit cleaning houses, this might be alright !! SO I started selling and recruiting like crazy, those words that night were very motivating, and then my middle daughter Katy got sick mid January, they couldnt figure out what was wrong with her, finally I took her to OU medical center and they diagnosed her with crohn's disease. I was at the hospital with katy for 11 days, she had a 2/yo son at the time, and while in the hospital I thought long and hard about turning this Scentsy into to something that would take over incase I had to take care of them.We promoted to Director in march and I went to bootcamp in April,we had around 50 in our team then, and today we are over 1200 people....WOW. This is believed to be the fastest growing Direct sales Co ever... I no longer clean houses ... I work my scentsy business from our home.Now I am the one who doesnt sleep! Having the InitIal push from Eddie to try this ,has changed my life, and him being involved is an added bonus !! Sometimes... LOL..We can never thank his sister Glenna Daniely enough for bringing Scentsy to Pauls Vallley !! And Allison Dalke for all of the support and training she provided and being an amazing Superstar Director !!! If you would like to join my team PLEASE GIVE SCENTSY A TRY You wont be sorry. This product sells itself ! Do you like to travel ?? You can earn amazing trips... This company is totally amazing!! call me TODAY!! I have three beautiful grandchildren today Kameron ,Chance and Allison ... Scentsy has blessed the Lives of many men and women we don't discriminate. We are now open in many countries as well and the excitement continues! I have several consultants in Germany a few in Canada before long it will hopefully be worldwide.
